Central Connections & Expanding Horizons
Central Connections program is hybrid of a Center-Based and Community Integration Adult Day program in Turlock where participants work on personalized goals and objectives to meet their needs. The program allows participants to be active in the community in which they live.
The program focuses on skill building in the areas of self-advocacy, independent living skills and pre-employment. Other areas of training include communication, physical education, cooking, technology, and social skills.
Expanding Horizons program is a community-based learning and integration experiences. This program allows UCP participants to be an active part of the community in which they live. Each day the participants work to build skills in areas such as independence and self-sufficiency, personal safety, mobility training, self-advocacy, vocational skills and exploration, communication, and use of community resources. Participants of this program participate in community service activities, attend social outings, participate in a recycling program, maintain a community garden and stay healthy by participating in various recreational activities.

CAMP UCP
Camp UCP is a fun filled week in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains, where campers participate in fun summer camp activities with friends.
